It took me less then then 3 minutes to read this entire page. I urge you to. Then you’ll find the info you want to hire me. My prices are more then fair. I’m redoing this web site myself so please excuse the constuction.
I moved to the Treasure Vally to eventually retire. As of now I’m semi retired. I have a very impressive truck with all the tools and sewer equipment to tackle any drain issue. No drain is too small or too big. Back from where i moved from I had a client list that enabled me to work the last 20 plus years with repeat customers and word of mouth referrals with out the need of advertising or joining sites like Yelp or Angies List to get customers. I also had many small shops that called me for my advanced methods. Like hydro-jetting, sewer inspections and locating a section of sewer in need of repair when their clients needed such methods. But here I am in a new state in need of customers, and having to prove myself worthy. I’m very fair, honest, reliable, and exceptional about only doing what needs to be done to get your plumbing back up to good working order. I don’t over sell and pride myself in doing only what needs to be done. For instance. If your sewer is clogged and not working, I’ll assume you just want it to work like a new sewer without buying a new sewer. Almost all blockages are because of a certain spot that needs attention. I don’t have a re-liner set up because I’m always able to get a sewer going like new again by clearing it or doing a spot repair. Back where I came from sewers in the yard going to the street were clay and vitrified clay pipes are one of the longest-lasting pipe materials. It maintains the same strength, abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance as the day it was made. Therefore the worse case scenario was a spot repair. I didn’t sell new sewers or a reline job just because one spot was affecting flow. But many of the big companies do. The plumbers for these big outfits usually if not almost always get paid on commission and have certain job call averages to meet. Reline set ups can go from 50k and up not including the truck. So the big plumbing companies pushed for these big jobs to recoup their investments. Reline technology has its place, I just never needed to invest in it. I can do spot repairs without digging up your sewer, but I digress.
Below is a typical repair that I diagnosed and fixed to make the sewer flow like new again.
This section of sewer was a tie in for a new bathroom of a room addition remodel job that the contractor’s plumber connected. Notice the cheap coupling on the left and how the pipe settled. This created a small shelf that what we flush down toilets doesn’t easily skid over. This is due to the fact that it’s a long run with minimal slope. If the sewer had plenty of slope or was right after a significant drop, or if a washing machine was always discharging after every flush then it may have not been an issue. My customer was having repeated blockages and wanted it fixed. The contractor he hired, employed a plumber sub that used this inexpensive coupling. Had he properly compacted the soil before filling trench back up that may have worked. But after I cleared the drain and video inspected the line I determined this spot needed repair. So I used the 50 dollar correct coupling to remove the shelf and then compacted the soil and now his sewer runs like a new sewer that was properly installed.
