After having two separate plumbing companies on at least 4 separate occasions one out to address a backup sewer line, both promising their repair should take care of the problem. Not until having Robert Waddell referred to us by friends at church.after meeting and inspecting, Robert quickly explained why this line clogs so often.along with the photos he took in the crawl space showing my problem (a builder’s defect) Robert explained his solution along with the cost of this repair. After approving his quote, Robert promptly got to work, the job was professionally done and clean.Robert explained with the original plumbing company’s they had no incentive to repair the problem, but to continue to roto rooter the blockage every 6 mos.

Karl called me out to clear his back bathroom of a three bath house. His entire master bath didnt drain. Since the front Bathrooms worked I knew it was a soft blockage of poo and toilet paper. Being how this is an ongoing problem I knew he wanted a permanent fix. I could have sold him a jetter from the roof to first clear the clog. 500 ish dollars, then a camera job, 250ish. Then after diagnosing the problem the cost of repair. But knowing what I know I was sure I maybe could just push the clog away with my stout camera rod and kill two birds with one stone. I did, I then dumped 4 5 gallon buckets of water to flush out his line, (no hydro jet fee). I found the spot, the sewer pipe wasnt hung properly under the house. I went under the house rehung the area needed with proper slope. After having to have it cleared twice a year its been over 18 months and its flowing well. I do what needs to be done and nothing more. saving you money and getting me repeat customers who eagerly refer me.
